1. GENERAL INFORMATION
We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, package, and deliver your purchases. Shipping is available to Bulgaria and all European Union (EU) countries and selected European countries outside the EU.
2. SHIPPING TO BULGARIA
2.1 Processing Time
All orders placed before 12:00 (Bulgarian time) will be processed and shipped on the SAME DAY. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
2.2 Courier Services
We use reliable and reputable courier services to deliver your orders. All shipments are sent through one of the following companies:
- EKONT - Fast delivery throughout Bulgaria with real-time tracking.
- Speedy - Reliable delivery with excellent customer service and same-day shipping.
2.3 Delivery Time
Your shipment will typically be delivered within:
- NEXT DAY (24 hours) - if the order is placed before 12:00 and shipped on the same day
- UP TO 48 HOURS - for all shipments through EKONT or Speedy
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. During holidays and weekends, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping costs for Bulgaria vary depending on the weight of the package and your location. The exact shipping price will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
3. SHIPPING TO EUROPE
3.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship to all European Union (EU) countries and selected European countries outside the EU, including but not limited to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and more.
For countries not listed, please contact us to confirm if we can ship to your location.
3.2 Processing Time
All international orders are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY, regardless of when the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). This ensures your shipment begins its journey to you as quickly as possible.
3.3 Delivery Timeframe
Shipping to Europe typically takes between 3 to 15 working days, depending on your location and customs requirements. Here is an estimate by region:
- NEARBY NEIGHBORS (3-5 days): Romania, Serbia, Greece
- CENTRAL EUROPE (5-8 days): Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland
- WESTERN EUROPE (7-12 days): France, Germany, Netherlands
- NORDIC COUNTRIES (10-15 days): Sweden, Finland, Denmark
3.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for European countries vary depending on the weight of the package and the final destination. The exact shipping price will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
3.5 Customs and Taxes
Shipments within the EU are normally exempt from customs duties. However, tobacco products and certain items may be subject to additional customs clearance and regulations depending on the destination country. For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance may be required. The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, permits, and taxes that may be collected upon receipt.
Please note that while we handle the logistics, any customs-related delays are outside our control and are the responsibility of the courier and customs authorities.
4. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time through the courier's website.
The tracking number allows you to:
- See the current location of your shipment
- Get an estimated delivery time
- Receive notifications upon delivery
- Contact the courier with any questions
We recommend checking your email spam folder if you do not see the tracking email within 30 minutes of your order being shipped.
5. PACKAGING
We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Each shipment is:
- Carefully packed in protective materials to prevent damage
- Placed in durable, secure boxes
- Labeled with clear address information
- Handled with care and attention throughout the shipping process
We are committed to protecting the environment. We primarily use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.
6. RISKS AND LIABILITY
The risk of loss, theft, or damage to products transfers to you when the order is handed over to the courier. From that point forward, the courier company is responsible for the safety of the shipment under their terms and conditions.
We recommend that you carefully inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage, missing items, or signs of tampering, document it with photos and notify us within 48 hours. Please also report the damage to the courier immediately, as this is important for any insurance claims. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If the courier is unable to deliver your shipment due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, refusal of delivery, or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time:
- The shipment may be returned to us
- You will be notified and given options for reshipment or refund
- Additional costs for reshipment may apply
To avoid these issues, please ensure your address is correct and complete when placing your order.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to legislative restrictions, some products may not be permitted for shipment to certain countries. Tobacco products in particular are subject to strict international regulations and age verification requirements. Other restrictions may apply based on:
- Local and national laws
- International regulations
- Courier company policies
- Safety and customs regulations
When you place an order, we will notify you if your shipment cannot be delivered to your address. In such cases, we will offer alternative solutions or a full refund.
9. WORKING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS
We process and ship orders on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding official Bulgarian and European holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
Note: During national and religious holidays, order processing and deliveries may be delayed by one or more days. This includes:
- Christmas and New Year
- Easter
- Other official holidays in Bulgaria and destination countries
We recommend checking our website or contacting us directly if you have an urgent order that coincides with a holiday period.
10. AGE VERIFICATION FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS
As per Bulgarian law and international regulations, all tobacco products require age verification. When ordering tobacco products:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You may be required to provide proof of age upon delivery
- The courier may request a valid ID to complete the delivery
- If age verification cannot be completed, the shipment may be refused and returned to us
By placing an order containing tobacco products, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase such items in your country.
