Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

❗ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items if opened or used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the desired item

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • It must be unworn or unused
  • It must include all tags and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
